Temari® Candy Stripe won the prize for Best Plant Introduction for Bedding or Pot Plant at the Four Oaks Trade Show 2013 on the 3rd and 4th of September. This cheerfully coloured variety from the Suntory Collection Europe was entered by grower and exhibitor Paul Jackson from Channel Island Plants.
According to the judges this Verbena variety from the Suntory® Collection Europe has striking and perfectly striped white and pink flower petals. This Verbena blooms from late April until late September and has a compact growth. The Temari® Candy Stripe like sunshine and is suitable for use in patio pots, hanging baskets or use as a bedding plant. This plants has a strong garden performance and is mildew resistant.
